SOLID ROCK BAPTIST CHURCH ABUJA’S VISION

  1. To be a family of believers who glorify God by being the "salt and light of the world through the power of the Gospel" in our community through extensive discipleship, outreach and ministries. We are a family of imperfect individuals saved by a perfect God; engaging the local community through initiatives and volunteering; small business empowerment; skill acquisition and training; serving others through ministries like; discipleship training; biblical counseling, marriage ministry, disaster relief, and addiction recovery programs.
  2. To grow a community of believers who are centered on Christ, make Him known to others, and serve the unreached people through evangelism, discipleship, and holistic ministries.
  3. To create an environment where Jesus Christ, through the Holy Spirit build His church - Solid Rock Baptist Church Abuja to become born-again Bible believers who will obey the Lord Jesus Christ and do the work of the Lord while caring for one another and reaching lost souls for the Lord.
  4. To preach the gospel to the unreached people, reconciling them to God, liberating them from oppression, and preparing them for Christ's return by raising matured believers, ministering to people's spiritual, material and financial needs, and teaching the use of the scripture to improve life quality. 
  5. A foundational commitment to spreading the message of Jesus Christ to all unreached people, bringing them hope, purpose, salvation and making gospel-centered disciples, multiplying faith-filled and missional disciples of Christ Jesus.
  6. To be a beacon of hope, shining the light of Christ to our community and beyond.
  7. Transforming lives, families, and communities through the power of the Gospel.
  8. Building a vibrant, Spirit-filled community that impacts the world for Christ.
  9. Equipping a generation to live out their faith with courage, compassion, and conviction.
  10. Creating a haven for the lost, the lonely, and the marginalized, where they can experience God's love.
  11. Spreading the Gospel, nurturing faith, and serving humanity.
