The church started on Sunday 7 September, 2025 with 28 charter members who were hungry and thirsty for deeper spiritual desire and for a more profound and intimate relationship with the God, from the ground floor of Oba (Dr) Kamaru O. A. Sansi Conference Hall of the Veterinary Council of Nigeria (VCN) Building in Maitama, Abuja FCT., Solid Rock Baptist Church (SRBC) Abuja is waiting to be organized.

Rev. John Audu the pioneer Pastor of SRBC, Abuja resumed officially on Sunday 2 November, 2025 when he felt the call of the Lord to SRBC, Abuja.

Together with his wife Christiana, Pastor Audu is building a spirit filled ministry, a growing body of Christ with a collective group of believers who are united in Christ.

Today, Solid Rock Baptist Church (SRBC) Abuja is led by a couple committed to building a ‘Church Without Walls’ through preaching, teaching and service to Africa and the world.
